BOOKING POLICIES & TERMS
~ DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ~
While booking your appointment, clients are REQUIRED to pay a $15 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. This ensures you are a real client and secures your date and time slot. Deposits no longer apply to the service amount. Deposits and payments can be carried out directly through the Goldie platform or Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay & Venmo.
~ CONTACTING ~
Upon booking an appointment, clients will be automatically enrolled in an automated messaging system that will provide all information regarding your appointment. Clients may also text the automated system with any questions or concerns.
Phone calls and photos are not permitted.
~ TIMELY MANNERS ~
Please show up on time. Your time is
just as valuable as mine. I allow a 15 minute grace period (with no contact), but if you DO NOT reach out at least 30 minutes before the start time of
your appointment, it will be automatically cancelled to make room for others. I will send reminders leading up to your appointment to reduce the chance of this happening.
~ ADDITIONAL GUESTS ~
NO extra guests are allowed at any appointment UNLESS you are the parent of a child or parent of an infant. Additional guests will be politely asked to vacate the premises.
~ NO CALL/NO SHOWS ~
This will not be tolerated. As stated before, my time is just as valuable as yours. Clients will be given 2 strikes for no call/no shows, before being restricted from making any future appointments.
Please take your appointments seriously.
~ BOOKING CONSIDERATIONS ~
Please be mindful when you book your appointment on a day when you have time sensitive obligations, I will not rush my work. Unfortunately, things may occur beyond our control that may cause the stylist to fall behind schedule. If this is to occur, you will be compensated accordingly.
~ NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS ~
The actual results of any hairstyle may differ from images shown in the gallery, marketing materials or any other reference materials. I do not guarantee that your results will exactly match images or hairstyle descriptions provided prior to obtaining services.
~ HEALTH POLICY ~
Masks are recommended but are optional. If you are sick, please refrain from scheduling an appointment until symptoms subside, this is for my health as well as yours.
~ TERMS ~
By booking and appointment with Shear Essence L.L.C, you agree to all policies and Terms of service. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposit & 2 repeat occurrences will result in you being banned from booking any future appointments.
